Japanese engineers create a synthetic fiber that's stronger than steel & as flexible as rubber.
A Japanese company, Spiber, has just debuted its unique synthetic material it refers to Qmonos. Known as for the Japanese language for spider web, the unique synthetic material has the tensile strength of steel as well as the flexibility of rubber.
Research workers at Spiber are convinced that their unique fiber could be utilized to strengthen products from clothing to vehicles, to health-related devices and space suits.
